Random Poem:

Protracted (An Exodus)

Tunes of memories which inflict these longing lacerations
A labyrinth of horizons which hasten all sensations
Sleepless and dreamless my heart skips a song
Soundless wisdom my heartache distant and long
And there you are only the glass between silent screams
As I lean in for that kiss I missed it seems
I can feel the smooth soft touch of your lips
The sweet touch of reminisce
And I long for your touch once again
As my heart stings and stiffens, the missing begins
The light of remembrance clicks and draws on
The memory of your eyes watching me
gives hope for another dawn
And there you go from this frozen stream of feelings
A daydream in the moonlight sky
The sun shone bright under a coat of saddened sighs
So I miss you already
