Random Poem:

Squaw Valley

Clear blue above me
Soft powder below
Pure white that shines upon me
Radiant sun warms my skin
The cool wind breathes
I tread cautiously for mere seconds
Then suddenly attack
Cutting my path down your side
Cut left, cut right
Fear, denied
You push me down
Your plush depths cushion my fall
I get back up, unscathed
No bruises to show
No confidence lost
Once again I make my way
Down your valley wide
Feeling freedom
Feeling strength
Savoring the power that numbs me
