Random Poem:

You ended my year of silence
by opening the garden gate
and walking down the hallways, rows of seeds on left and right.
I don't have a garden but my world is the dream world,
so when you walked through the garden,
I smiled and asked you questions.
You told me I reminded you of spring,
the buds aching themselves open,
the lavender sky of April mornings and
the seeds sown to help the earth give birth to food.
After the hibernation and the damp chill from days spent in snow,
you were a welcome visitor.
This was spring;
the beginning.
