Random Poem:

when to use a cliche

i was at a
viewing for a
a young man
that took his life
earlier this year.
my friend was torn
apart so i decided
it was my turn to
save him from himself.
i said:
"this may sound cliche..."
and he said the reason
people use cliches is because
they always work for a situation,
so go ahead.
and suddenly it did not matter
what i had to say because
he had made me feel better
about my life and i made him
forget about the death of a friend.
