Random Poem:

sweet sleet
jacksonic

i sing songs in my head to avoid from getting caught
 1
by the beggar is my skull who i swear that I'm not
 2
and ill talk to myself til my throats hellish hot
 3
and my ears become shot from these broken words that rot
 4

and if i fly
 5
then I'm a dry leaf in the wind
 6
as i try to justify
 7
i find i can't even begin
 8
to lift the burden of my lies
 9
flick the flies from my skin
 10
i can only become numb
 11
never pacified within
 12

the only relief i can achieve
 13
is when the ice melts on my hot flesh
 14
but as the cool beads turn into vapor
 15
i realize theres nothing left
 16

i try to balance on the world
 17
as it spins under my feet
 18
but i always end up falling
 19
and i tumble down the street
 20
even on the flattest plane i cannot remain at ease
 21
just a slave to the wind like a dry leave in the breeze
 22

in the desert
 23
my mouth is dry
 24
and the drought seems to be forever more
 25
but then snow
 26
falls from the sky
 27
as new sweet sleet heavily pours
 28
