Random Poem:

You are a heart-breaking picture to remember;
that you could still have the power to dismember;
this incandescent heart laid low at your feet,
that annihilates the lovers who cannot compete.
No elegiac prose could ever profess
the smokescreen over your every caress;
a memory encumbered with painful regret
will crystallize despite my will to forget.
Cordoned off, in a secret recess of my brain
is the shadow of your body upon sheets that you'd lain.
Lying so still, a heart trapped between beats,
no shame nor romance; just incomplete
with this abstract liar that builds up pretext
  of you half in this world and half in the next.
