Random Poem:

What I Want Most

I don’t want Ice Cream.
It doesn’t matter
whether chocolate or vanilla.
It will only melt,
into a disheartening
goop of gurgled foam.
Too much Too quick
makes my belly ache.
I want a Sucker to savor.
Hard and robed
in a pellucid package.
It will await,
patiently for when
needed most.
Then last with sweetness
that stains and lingers.
