Random Poem:

To Live

Lofty aspirations,
Mid summer dreams,
All we have planned,
Falls apart at the seams.
Trudging along,
This weary path,
I want to stop,
To live and laugh
Why waste our life,
In labor and toil,
We live but a moment,
Before returning to the soil.
No matter how hard,
We try and perspire,
In death all is fair,
Before our great sire.
Like puppets we are,
To be played on a line,
We do things only,
When others define.
Sever the strings,
You are your own,
Harvest your time,
Reap what you have sown.
Before I finish,
A word of caution,
Live to the fullest,
Live by your direction.
