Random Poem:

distantly apart

I lay here alone lifelessly,
Winter, spring, summer, fall,
I see no light, though its early,
In this darkness, I hear your call.
I held your hand, it felt cold,
You hugged me, I felt no warmth,
I know you had the heart of gold,
Feeling swept away by a silver storm.
From my sight, you fade away,
Leaving me here, feeling sore,
Sometime, shall there come a day,
When I can’t see you anymore.
At times your love were constant
I loved you with all my heart,
But now, you seem so distant,
The sea of cruelty causes us apart.
You gave me hope, your assurance,
I knew, but u continued advancing,
The gap of us, grows in distance,
Why, oh, why are you leaving?
I hate myself, I despise my life,
Why did god put me in this blight,
Stab in the heart by cupid’s knife,
Why, I asked, must I cry every night?
Under the beaming moon,
Twinkling of tears fall,
All is right now, but soon,
Nothing will be left at all.
