Random Poem:

inside of a room fermenting

i am so normal it makes me yawn,
left the fridge open for the swan
and picked it hollow- a bottle of shaded
green and crystal fruits, drops.
the shattered pieces, my feet, my eyes
their is a stinging sensation like laughter
and still the night is tattered,
though it does not matter which,
between light and dark there is flesh
and some say curtains, but all i hear-
  birds ticking on the clock,
  round and round.
without wings, still time flies and so i
am given tribute to my mediocrity,
crashed out in simple ideas, solvent sips,
string-cheese metaphors.  the wreck
of continuity.
outside- a man with horns and velvet jacket
his hands like precious art, i think i see
him as myself, but i lie, inside of here
where the clock is wound i bequeath
my heart to a cork
   watch as it floats away.
