Death's Favorite Thing

War is not glorified	1
it's not a flower	2
with beauty being held.	3

War is a torcerous pain	4
pain felt in the heart	5
and felt on the body	6
the pain is felt at home	7
for the loss of love in war	8
the pain is felt in self	9
for the loss of limb and life	10
and if you live through it	11
the pain lives on forever	12
for it's hard to forget	13
the bloddied bodies of friends	14
lying on the feild of death	15

War is a fright ful sound	16
big booms and crashes	17
the squeal of rockets passing over head	18
the deafening sound of death	19
the torcured screams	20
of a soildier in flames	21
the cries of a mother	22
for the loss of her son	23
the only relife is to be deaf	24
but hear the sounds once	25
and you will hear them forever	26

The smell is worse	27
the putrid scent of a courpse longe dead	28
the smell of blod	29
and fire and death	30
of burning flesh	31
forever seared into your mind	32

War tastes like ash and dirt	33
like blood shining on the corpses	34
of soilders newly dead	35
torn apart by the eplosions	36
it tastes like gunpowder and metal	37
burnt buscuits and beef stew	38
but most of all it tastes like death	39
slowly stirred into this deadly brew	40

the sight of war is worst of all	41
war loks like a graveyard	42
without the stoney headstones	43
pits of people	44
buried deep	45
it looks like deaths graveyard	46
with people buried neck deep	47
buried on teh feild	48
the souls of the soilder's haunt	49
while their bodies are eaten	50
by rats, crows, and moths	51
the battle feild looks good to them	52
the last place that they saw	53
the perfect place to haunt	54
with bodies piled high	55
