in the thread "break from twaddles..." my last comment was deleted by the maud, and that comment was on the "fart with the mouth" comment on my prior comment. is "fart with the mouth" politically acceptable? all i did was tell that one that he was just a parasite on the site, a "gate crasher", here only for the hugs and snacks. i told the person straight out that i didn't care if he had an opinion on me. i'm seeing very clearly that that one hadn't responded to my critique of reid's three thumbs up offering. in a poetry space, i think it's bad taste to flash films, saying, in effect, "poetry is boring" but this film is gud". i make films and i've seen i don't know how many thousands of films. what is maud doing, if not being arbitrary? is arbitrary a substitute for writing poetry? is deleting a comment somehow "creative"? i'd ask, but i don't think creativity is what this site really wants to foster. just samo soap and irony, in the shape of a pome.

ease up, and stop taking yourself so damn seriously

i had thought that the people having such a hard, hard, time with me were the one's taking themselves too seriously. i'm writing about creativity, tough shit for you, and on art and poetry as creative acts... making yourself real through inventing yourself as you write. i live through creativity -- there is no "yourself" except through creative imagination. you're taking yourself very seriously here, thinking that you're saying something about "poetry"? when you're really just talking about "me" -- why the fuck would i want to talk about me, when it's possible that you're the devil's tool and can speak devil poetry for us without stuttering????

dude!

Joey dear Joey, hopping on the 'look at me i'm more talented than everyone else'

Dude, i don't know of anyone who takes you seriously, we just get sick of you spamming the message board and forum poems.

Apply for a job as moderator at pffa, you can legally bad mouth everyone there. Should be right up your alley.

um, i think when you say "you don't know of anyone..." that sort of summarizes the reality of it all for me. thanks for sharing. when you get a chance to know someone like me i suppose it'll all make sense to you.

'when you
get a chance to know someone like me i suppose it'll all make sense
to you.'

Everyone could say that joey. What will all make sense? The world? The reason a typhoon just hit the Philippines? The reason for global warming? You simply don't matter; you like every animal and plant on Earth are an accident of birth. It's good to be sure of your own identity. even for the brief nano-second that you own it, but don't tell anyone that meeting 'someone like you' would make any difference whatsoever. The fact is that it wouldn't. The truth is sad.

Indigold.

Joey, you deliberately ruined, spammed, caused to be shut-off,  clean, simple, poetic thread

http://www.poetrycritical.net/forum/read/149055/

Please give me a break, joey/Cactus   (you are the same kind of person, just decades apart).

I'll re-do that thread soon.  Please just keep out of it, please?  Just the occasional thread, leave it the hell alone.

I take joey seriously when he gives me a reason to, aka when he isn't babbling about who and what is creative when it's all very, very subjective.

Not everyone likes what Joey likes, and he seems to think that they should.  He reminds me of this old-testament christian lady that lived down the road from me a few years back.  I thought she was hilariously vindictive and I rarely took her seriously, but there were times she said things that were clear and honest, and that we could relate on, even though she called me a devil worshiper because I wore a variety of homemade offensive t-shirts (PRO-ANA being one of them) every time I had to interact with her. ;D

Yes, Aziel, once in a while joey makes minor sense, but then his sanity winks out and he babbles on in clearly insane rambles.   He's not all there.

There was a time when a contrite joey promised the panel that he'd stay out of person's threads upon request.

I request that joey stay out of threads that I start.  I won't start many threads.

That would leave him out of the loop too often, and it might make him angry.  You might not like him when he's angry, because he'll be green and prickly. ):
