Every one of these old movies induce me to read the IMDB information and biographies of all the actors. Then I never feel but lucky, and right to spout like a Pollyanna.
Here is the man who plays the music store owner.

Call him Cuddles. He'd somehow allow that, after all that
of just a few years before.

Nah, but they did call him Cuddles, that Austro-Hungarian Jewish ball of befuddled love. What an actor! And Judy Garland at her zenith. All the players in perfect tune.
I would rather have an evening with this movie, of which I never of before tonight, than to have sex.
After all, I had great sex just quite recently with....
A movie of pure joy, about what really counts (sex is only one means toward that end), matters most.
I'm happy as a little harp, marked down to $38.50. And if nobody buys me,
I'm still happy and I still make sweet music and I still feel angelic.

I reflect because I re-read my drivels.
POINT: the only thing that matters to your life is that YOU feel good enough to get by.
WHAT can you do to make yourself feel better when you are in the dumps for any reason?
FIND your personal cure and
REFUSE to be unhappy.

to the terminally sad person on page one,
to everyone too,
see the finish of this movie for
the best closing line of any film ever.

Isn't it about 9:40AM at your place of business, where you have no access to internet movies online because you have work to do, for which they pay you a fine salary, enough to keep your attention focused on work? heh.
I won't/can't spoil the line by quoting it here. Sorry, oh my, sorry!
cheers,

I will pay you my nuts to wait or borrow a pair of headphones; I just don't want to spoil the charm of the context of the line. After all, it is the movie's climax, and it's all clean and nicely wrapped in a beautiful woman in love.
