WHAT hoppened to the "a poem factory premise of this thread? WHAT hippened to the "off topic" new habit that joey was to force upon all of us doing not-poetry-wibble threads?
WE are not amused. GEEK TAWK, not "a poem factory..
I have retitled this thread to protect innocent children from seemingly dirty "computer terms": all veiled innuendo, is what it is! ;)

you and estonian rebel hyjacked it cause you couldn't figure what to do with it -- you're like nine year olds breaking into the library and ripping the books apart cause you heard that money was made out of paper.

Silly ponce!! I didn't turn YOUR poetry discussion thread into a geekorama inglorious.
Mong is logical. Reid-me is logical. You invert logics and never, ever answer a direct question with a straight answer. You go off onto tangents.
If the computer firebrick (terms confuse me) talk is about done, let's talk poetry here again.
How is the quality of poesy of my "Fern" ode? Is it a valid pome? It's here for your dissection, I want to know. It is not a sacred object, my Fifi; rip it apart.
I will print it again right below, for your convenience. t.y. r.

=Fern=
The summer when I was ten,
I knew she was ill, was all.
Several weekends were sleep
overs in Coral Gables with Fern.
Lemons rolled briskly under the palms,
sliced in half; hollow peppermint sticks
for sipping straws. There were
scrapbook tours of a girlhood
grown old far from the catchings
of crawdads in Cedar Rapids ponds.
Coins were baked in a birthday cake.
I learned to help to seal the preserves:
paraffin goes on top of the sweet,
install a seal, turn down the rim.
One weekday I heard my mother
on the phone from another room
"We don't expect her to outlast the summer."
Then I knew—to not ask her
for more than I had overheard.
The next weekend:
"When will you get well?"
"Oh. By the end of summer. I'll
be just fine again."
The only Fern in one boy's life
curled and browned September
2nd. Pour warm wax atop the jar,
emplace a seal, turn tight the rim.

i think it's gone out of business too -- i checked the site. and they wouldn't be servicing it anyway. there's 2 active uploads of it on easynews, and a host of those fake keygens, the ones with viruses in them, and that they went to the trouble means that someone is still using it.
have you heard of any hardware firewall solutions which work?
