you learned what poetry is by having your teacher teach you english by reading wordsworth to you. you can't go back to wordsworth, pulling out a bud from the page and tearing its leaves into styrofoam, and giving this to us, saying 'here is my original poem' and not be found out.

maybe now getting to your real creative gesture. but it's going to take some very hard work to expand this one little 'i say mean' into an entire novel and i think you're too much of a drunk to put the work into it.
