Manifest fantasy.

How is it I've come to adore

your serpentine method of turning ladies to whores?

I'm more than willing to beg for more

of that poison you're made of.

Look closely.  It's not hard to see

the signs of your affect on me.

I'm completely lifted off feet

                                    reeling

                                        circling the building

for you're staring at me.

Too real for me.

Don't twist us in with the rest of the pool,

ignorant herd traveling the path of the fool.

Our chakras beating beacons for you,

while this medium tatters us rapidly,

you remain frosty blue cool.

Obsessively we've grown to fancy

this feeling, this scent.

It is the purest of addictions.

I sort of hate to say this, but what the hell!
Do you realize that your comments in the header are a better poem than the poem you present? You really should post those comments by themselves as a poem and see the reaction. The actual poem is okay - but the comments are fantastic. Perhaps because they came so easily to you and you just wrote quickly what you were thinking...10 for comments.
