Its those perceived greivances that derive from the mind predisposition and suseptibilities and that grow into negatives or in extreme cases psychosis. You describe that process succinctly.

some of the punc confused me a little (is it perhaps refering to a specific psychological disorder?) nice and succinct.

yes, teeth and nails. gorgeous poem. ( I don't understand the_(line 10). It smudges this for me, otherwise excellent. It provokes many questions, and that's why I love to read good poetry. Thanks.
