an attempt to be light hearted about love at a very... well, a very heavy hearted time

might want to change l5 to "when I can", since you've started it out in future tense with "and I'll..", it would keep the flow smoother.


other than that..... it's slightly cliche, but then that's always hard to escape in a poem about love.
