dissonance.
midare

we are separated,
 1
and separate,
 2
so i have taken
 3
to considering us in opposites:
 4

you spill
 5
sunlight,
 6
color,
 7

noise.
 8

i feel
 9

myself as ice,
 10
shale,
 11

cold.
 12

my sun sets
 13
while you are infatuated
 14

with the remainder of a day;
 15
we both watch waves yet these
 16
are ours
 17

and those
 18
are yours.

They have set there self apart from what they see good in everybody else. They deney themselves the happiness of sharing their heart with someone who cares. They need to just  nurture the spirit of within themself.
