Stationery Revolution
Adamsky81

For anyone who has ever fallen victim to stationery (and anyone who underestimates their threat to society)...

Philosophical Post-its ponder regime change,
 1
Eavesdropping Envelopes enlist new recruits,
 2
Insidious Inkpads ignite national fever,
 3
Pioneering Paperclips prepare hi-tech troops.
 4

Surreptitious Staplers strengthen the armoury,
 5
Envious Erasers enshroud the deceit,
 6
Stealth-enhanced Scissors slay moral conscience,
 7
Perfidious Pencils plot how to cheat.
 8

Mutinous Markers maintain key-defences,
 9
Dangerous Diaries decide when to strike,
 10
Backstabbing binders bolster the navy,
 11
Rebellious stationery, they're out for a fight!

Line 3:  "fervor" instead of fever?  (Just a thought...)
Line 12:  I would change it to:
"Rebellious Rabblerousers ready to retaliate." (stays in keeping with alliteration)
Then, you might change the title accordingly to something like:
"Supply Closet Revolution"  or "Charge of the Office Supply Brigade".
Or something comparable.  You get the idea...

My thing is with photo copiers; never let them know that your in a hurry  it will simply refuse to operate. i like the idea of giving inanimate objects identity ,it sort of symbolises the pressures people often feel at work
