it made you feel something beyond the sandwich in your hand. don't you get the point of writing? that it's not real until someone hates it?

"that it's not real until someone hates it?"

what a load of shit

bauer is playing thew reverse psychology card again.

bauer is almost universally hated so thats why he is the only "real" writer here.

thats the logic he is implying.

you primitives can get so much from a simple poem. a first look, and then mouth-open shock when someone talks about it; then, a third time when you actually read the poem. 'getting it' is still a few steps further, but if you concentrate on words and not letters you'll get there.

a critic exists because the poem is imperfect. everyone says 'words are worthless and can't say what's real', and then you snots go all valley-girl when someone says the poem's words aren't real.

that means that the writer can only know if the poem worked by the way people read it. that's ephemeral and stylized into subjective. what if some retard like this unk here is reading this poem? can we know if she can contrast phrases against each other to look for the underlying emotion intended by the author?can we know that the unk reads for more than, 'once upon a time...' levels?

sophisticated pooves like this have everything to say about indie rock, know every move behind the lyric -- would never take anything at face value. but, for written text, like poetry, it's supposed to be 'what i say is important, not who i am'.  ( yes, lamers and retards are real in our world here, where everyone probably has an IQ over 120, and yet are giving us shit about talking about poetry... as though verbal ability to read and write didn't count in poetry at all. )

i wish the unknown who is playing the antagonist wasn't unknown.
unless of course, the unknown is 'cadmium' also.

yes, hank, you really know that's me all right. you'd also know that if it was me -- or, maybe you don't know -- i'd say something with some content, instead of just sticking my head in the toilet like this clown does and making bubbles.
