i am your tied

i am your tied,
you are water, you are my tide.
the ocean is a great bowl of
love, coming and going. many hopes.
fish play;
codfish and rope.

this is a pound poem, informed by beat and punk writing, but transformed as post-modern. the rhyme, the rhythms -- more out of Yeats than Pound or Corso -- make this a pastiche verse thing with only a heart and no pedigree beyond dog.

naw, the physical in this is in the form. if i were going to write a sex poem, it wouldn't be an arty one.
